What a lovely day! I got up early and headed to the Overland Park Farmer’s Market, picked up some blueberries, peaches, zucchini, and a cilantro plant, among other things. I’m glad to revive my summer Saturday morning routine — fresh fruits and veggies + car talk = bliss <3<3

Had to drop off the Honda for a tune-up, and decided to take my bike along and bike back home from the dealership. I missed my weekly bike to work, so glad I could make up for it today. Speaking of exercising my fat butt, tomorrow I’m off to restorative yoga class after much too long a hiatus. Hopefully I can get back into the yoga routine I had last summer — course, I didn’t have two extra freelance jobs then. Thankfully, Urban Times has cut back on the number of stories I do, so it should be manageable.

James is hankering to see the Indy flick….again. We saw it last weekend, and it was actually better than I’d anticipated. Still the weakest of the series, but parts were very entertaining. And parts were, well, kind hokey. But in keeping with a b-movie style serial, I suppose that’s what they were shooting for.
